"Hello,
I recently had an MRI at your facility followed the next week by two MRA's. I am an out of country patient who found herself suddenly ill while staying in NYC for a month.
When I was told that I needed an MRI of my head, I was taken aback and quite scared. Not having US medical insurance, the facilities I was directed to were all well over $1000, one being over $2000. Coming from Canada, I had no idea why so many different prices.
A contact advised me of your company which, from my research, has superior machines, along with fair pricing.
I also want to comment that of all 4 places I looked into. The receptionists (who are the ones that make the first impression) at 3T were FAR more polite and they did not rush me when I had questions. Your staff gave me options and offered the most important service, outside of the procedure itself...JUDY!!!
I can not tell you what a difference it made to me to have someone there to keep me calm while I was getting my scan done.
If you are having an MRI in the first place it is a stressful situation. For me this was compounded by being alone and away from home. It also was made worse as I had lost my husband to cancer and I remember well the MRI machines he had to visit.
Judy helped me on my first visit, never letting go of my hand, and re-assuring me throughout the procedure, which was over an hour. When I had to return, she was there again, this time even more helpful and kind. It made ALL the difference to me.
I am so happy that all my tests were clear. Both doctors commented on how outstanding the image qualities were.

"I am writing to commend Judy from your staff for being such a
soothing, reassuring presence during my MRI. As beautiful and peaceful
as your waiting area is, I was nervous about the MRI. I am mildly
claustrophobic and after two seconds in the machine I was extremely
upset and doubtful I could continue. However Judy turned out to be the
reason why I was willing to give it another try. She promised to stay
with me throughout the procedure and comforted me with a blanket, a
smile, kind words, and a reassuring touch. I appreciated that kind of
care so much, and I'm glad to know that such a skill set is still
valued in our time. Many thanks to Judy for her patient and responsive
care!"
